This is huge. Monumental. Historical. Yes, they've spoken at the UN General Assembly — twice — but never on something as controversial as this. As an Asian Canadian, this representation — Asians that have become the biggest, most successful, most influential band in the world right now — is so important and so necessary, especially because they've experienced so much of the same exclusion and racism outside of their home country.
Frankly, I have never been so fucking proud to be Asian. Or an ARMY.
