
And we're back with new Hello Fresh kits! First one of the week: Mixed mushroom and onion flatbreads with arugula-spinach salad. Okay, everything about this is AMAZING. The ricotta and chive base, the insanely delicious garlicky sautéed mushrooms, the crispy golden pita crust... Not a single criticism here. I would 100% make this again. (Oh, and in case you were wondering — yes, I made these in the air fryer, because who the hell has time to preheat a broiler?)
