Snow pea leaves with king oyster mushrooms
Y'all, I hadn't had fried oysters in nearly two decades and I'm wondering why the hell I've only eaten raw oysters as an adult because FRIED OYSTERS ARE FUCKING GLORIOUS. It's cholesterol heaven and a clogged artery waiting to happen, but man, it's so worth it. I hope everyone also had similarly delicious Lunar New Year dinners this week because it is the only way to start a new year.
