I had to work OT today, so I obviously deserved some xiao long bao.

Steamed pork soup dumplings (xiao long bao)

Pan-fried green onion pancakes

Pan-fried pork buns

Spicy braised beef with hand-pulled noodles in soup

And green onion pancakes. And pan-fried pork buns. And spicy beef noodle soup. Suffice it to say, I AM A HAPPY GIRL.

(Good thing I did my blood test last week. My sodium level is probably through the roof.)
