BTS on The Late Late Show with James Corden: "Life Goes On"

Okay, the BTS production team deserves a fucking raise. This whole performance was brilliant, a literal enactment of "life goes on." At the beginning, we see Jungkook reading a newspaper with the headline, "COVID-19, Testing Time for Resilience." They're walking through the same room over and over again, each room entered representing time passing by and the seasons moving on, depicting the lyrics, "Spring didn't know to wait, showed up not even a minute late." Still stuck inside but moving forward, staying hopeful that there are better days ahead. It becomes Christmas and we see the members taking out their stage outfits. Coming full circle with Jungkook ending the performance, now in the new year, sitting down with a full stage outfit on. "I remember."
