Despite our tight schedule in NYC, we still managed to stop by the BTS Pop-Up Store that they opened up in Chelsea. (The pop-up stores are only going to be opened for a week in cities where they have their tour dates, so if you snooze, you lose.) They carry exclusive merch that is available at the pop-up stores only, so all items are different from what they have at their tour merch booths. And I was totally that bitch who bought the $275 "Prestige Edition" bomber jacket. (As of now, there is only one item that is "Prestige Edition," but it does look and feel high quality, which I suppose qualifies it to be way more expensive than anything else in the store.) Honestly, none of the clothing items appealed to me at all and I skipped through everything until I saw the jacket. And then I fell in love immediately. It's totally my style; it's not colourful or flashy, and it is well-made with good fabric and excellent stitching. And the fit is perfect. Plus, I got the last size small, so it was meant to be.
On a whim, I also picked up a fun neon yellow bandana — I've gotten into the habit of wearing bandanas on my days off because they keep my hair out of my face without having to use clips — and a click gel pen that is, randomly, one of the nicest, smooth-writing pens I've ever used.
