BTS World Tour: Love Yourself in Hamilton — Photos (Part IV)

We got another VCR for Suga and Jin, which meant "Trivia: Seesaw" and "Epiphany" were up next. "Trivia: Seesaw" is probably my favourite song off of Love Yourself: Answer, so I was particularly excited to see it performed live. There aren't a lot of BTS tracks that feature Suga singing because he's a rapper, but he totally kills it live. Also, his dancing is just adorable. There's no other way to describe it. It just makes me smile. We got Jin's solo, "Epiphany," after that. Jin's specialty has become ballads and this is a perfect example of why. I've written about his vocals before, but Jin's a belter and man, he can hit those notes live. It made for an excellent segue into "The Truth Untold," which is one of my favourite songs from Love Yourself: Tear. It's a vocal line song that really features their singing voices in the purest, most raw form. It's actually a song that can bring me to tears, and if I weren't so happy to be at their concert, I might very well have cried.

Of course, following the vocal line song was the rap line song, "Outro: Tear." I wish I had taken a video of this one (I only caught it on my Instagram story) because it was fucking swaggy as hell. (You know it's gonna be badass when RM has sunglasses on.) It's this era's version of the Cyphers, I suppose. I will remember to capture it at the Newark show this Saturday. And that leaves us with the last song in their main set list: "MIC Drop." Of course. The most perfect song to end their set with, actually. BTS is on top of the world right now.
