Since I took him for Father's Day last month, my dad has become obsessed with Good Catch Boil House and insisted we go there for dinner tonight. I wasn't in the mood to have my hands smell like garlic for days, so I got my favourite item on the menu, the one thing that I go Good Catch for over any of the other seafood boil restaurants: the lobster roll. I've decided that I prefer the cold version for summer; massive chunks of lobster are tossed in mayo and various spices and loaded up in a toasted bun. Served with cajun fries and Caesar salad. Never fails to satisfy.
