Ronsee texted me to have dinner tonight and was craving beef noodle soup, so I recommended Big Beef Bowl, which I think serves one of the best beef noodle soups in the city. All the noodles here are hand-pulled and you can choose your favourite cut — I always opt for round thick because I like a firmer chew, but they make thick to thin and round to flat. I invited Maegan and Jason for dinner, too, and had a little noodle soup party. We all got the classic beef brisket noodles (you can add chili oil to suit your taste) which comes massive chunks of fatty beef brisket, bok choy, and thinly sliced white radish in an amazingly flavourful broth. It never disappoints and never fails to satisfy the noodle soup craving. Oh, and always opt for the large size here, because it's only $1 more than the small and you actually get a significant amount more.
