Went for dinner with my parents at Le Viet today and feasted on shredded pork vermicelli with sugar cane shrimp and spring rolls, Hainanese chicken and rice, and beef brisket curry with roti. First time in a long time that I haven't wanted pho at a Vietnamese restaurant. I guess noodle season is over?
