Went to Sweet Note for dessert and decided to try the Baked Alaska with pistachio ice cream. Now, I'm not exactly a Baked Alaska expert because the last time I had one was well over two decades ago and it's not exactly something that's commonly found at restaurants here, but it is fucking delightful. The one at Sweet Note is especially gorgeous; the meringue is fluffy with a perfectly torched exterior, and the pistachio ice cream is smooth and flavourful with real chopped pistachio nuts in it. A+ for presentation, too.
