The Pickle Barrel

Had dinner with my mom tonight at the Pickle Barrel (our usual, since it's close to home), and actually ordered a non-pasta dish for once: tilapia with creamy lobster topping. The fish itself is okay: tender enough on the inside and pan-fried, but nothing special. It's really the "topping" that makes it so damn delicious: pieces of lobster, baby shrimp, julienne vegetables, and spinach in a creamy white wine and herb sauce served on top of rice. I would totally order this without the tilapia, actually. It's probably insanely high in cholesterol and fat and all that other unhealthy deliciousness, but it's so worth it.
