Date night dinner: Ramen noodles with deep-fried scallops, fish balls with squid, mushrooms, seaweed, and corn at Pixel 8. It was really good, but I think I like the non-seafood items (like Japanese BBQ pork) more. Also, what is a bowl of ramen without a soft-boiled egg?
