I did, however, pick up the new limited edition French Touch Cult Rouge Silky Cream Lipstick in 304 Cherry Sarah. It's a medium cherry plum shade that can go from subtle to dramatic depending on how the number of applications. I like that it leaves a nice plum stain after a couple hours of wear, and it never screams "vampy!" The formula goes on smooth and it feels really nice on the lips; creamy and moisturizing, but not slippery. The packaging is small, but you get the same amount of product as in a regular Lancome lipstick. I personally love the packaging; it's in a silver metal tube with an Eiffel Tower/fishnet stocking-esque pattern etched on it, and the Lancome rose logo imprinted on the end. They're $40 each, which is actually more expensive than Lancome's L'Absolu Rouge lipsticks (that were already expensive to begin with at $35 a pop), but such is the nature of limited edition products.
Other recent purchases also include: a pair of UGG Evera oxford sneakers in black suede, two pairs of Gap Legging Jeans in a faded grey wash and dark wash, several Calvin Klein bras, and a shit ton of television DVDs from Amazon.ca:
- The Big Bang Theory: Season 3
- How I Met Your Mother: Season 5
- Community: Season 1
- Glee: Season 1
- Pushing Daisies: Seasons 1 and 2
- Parenthood: Season 1
- Mercy: Season 1
- Grey's Anatomy: Season 6
- Heroes: Season 4
- Smallville: Season 9
- 90210: Season 2
Conclusion: I should not be allowed to shop online.
