My friend Ronsee and I were on the lookout for a dessert place tonight and discovered the newly opened Korea New Concept Dessert (it's so new, in fact, that it doesn't even have a Yelp page yet). We decided to try the strawberry cheesecake bingsu and it might just be my new favourite dessert. Definitely a contender for best shaved ice in this city, and a mainstay in my summer dining roster.
