It has high pigmentation and opaque colour pay-off. It is creamier and more pinked than Diva, and lighter and more red than Dark Side.
Deep Love is a deep dark warm brown wine in a Matte finish. This is a re-promoted shade from 2004's Love, Matte collection, and is limited edition. The texture is soft and creamy, and goes on smoothly and evenly. It has high pigmentation and opaque colour pay-off. It is more red than Antique Velvet, and darker and more brown than Sin.
Fashion Revival is a dark cool magenta-raspberry in a Matte finish. This is a re-promoted shade from last year's The Matte Lip collection, and is limited edition. It has a soft and creamy texture, and goes on smoothly and evenly. It has high pigmentation and opaque colour pay-off. It is similar though slightly less purple than Rebel, darker and more berry-toned than Flat Out Fabulous.
My Inner Femme is a medium vibrant orange-toned red in an Amplified finish. This is a new and limited edition shade. It has a soft and creamy texture, and goes on smoothly and evenly. It has high pigmentation and opaque colour pay-off. It is creamier and shinier than Lady Danger, and is more red than Viva Glam Miley Cyrus 2.
These are definitely the types of shades that MAC loves to release during this time of year so there's not a lot of surprises here, per se (the more unique, unexpected shades that were released with MACnificent Me! are in the Mattene formula, reviewed here), but all five of these go on beautifully: smooth and even, creamy, and richly saturated. Ultra-coveted Fashion Revival from last year's The Matte Lip collection finally makes a comeback here, so snatch it up while you can because it's gonna sell out fast. We also see a comeback from an oldie, Deep Love, which I believe was apart of the permanent collection at some point but was discontinued. MAC has a lot of shades like this now, though, so check your stash to see if you already have something similar (e.g. Studded Kiss, Antique Velvet, Sin, etc.). Self Aware is actually a great true nude for fair to medium skintones that doesn't lean pink or peach, though it can wash out those who have darker complexions, so I definitely recommend trying this one on in person. And although there are lots of similar colours to Diva Antics and My Inner Femme in MAC's permanent range, there isn't anything like them in the Amplified finish line-up, so they're good options for those who don't want something matte this season. I definitely think there's something for everyone in these offerings for Fall, so they're worth checking out to see if anything tickles your fancy. And the best part is you can recycle for these, too.
